Walking in search of a green landscape
The last days before Maternidade Alfredo da Costa is closed down. Colored ribbons in sign of protest decorate the fence sorounding the beautiful yellow building. Yellow tapestry covering streets and sidewalks. We escaped (again) towards the greenness of yet another of the city's gardens.
Politeama Theatre and yellow cable cars
1 - The beautiful Politeama Theatre.
2 - Crowd trying to buy tickets for the play, on a Sunday afternoon
3 - "Elevador do Lavra", a cable car (funicular) designed to go up a steep hill in the downtown area of the city.
4 - Yummy looking pastries I've never ever tried
5 - The steep hill with the abovementioned Lavra funicular (ugly grafitti everywhere)
6 - Semi-ugly- grafitti with a good message :-)

6 - An old scale recently found and restored by me
7 - A new sparrow in my kitchen wall
8 - The best tea ever
9 - Healthy vegan recipes to try out
10 - A jar half way filed with 'good things'
Walking to Torel Garden
Recently we walked to one of my favorite gardens, it has one of the best views of the city. It was a foggy day, the sky was white and the colors were less vibrant than usual but I felt it gave the place a more mysterious atmosphere...
